Grey's Anatomy S320

S320看完真是有一股淡淡的憂傷...
Derek一心覺得他當初答應外科主任要到醫院工作是因為要接主任的位置，結果現在多出很多競爭者...於是他也挑明了去找主任，要求主任在董事會上面支持他，投他一票！
結果主任告訴他：你以為當了主任只是主任？你會犧牲很多東西，EX家庭....
Derek很生氣跟主任說：那是你犯的錯誤，不要算在我頭上...
主任一時情急就衝口而出：我答應過Ellis.......會好好照顧她女兒(Meredith)

Derek有點沮喪吧...就跑去找Baily(噗，不過是個住院醫生，還要幫忙開導主治醫生XD)
Baily告訴他：如果兩者一定要擇其一，想也不用想，選擇你愛的人....因為一個孤獨的人，即使擁有名利權貴都沒有用...
聽完之後，Derek就回到他自己的拖車....沈思，Meredith打電話來也沒有接～
或許他在感受孤獨吧？
