這部份有兩篇文章，一篇是1776獨立宣言，一篇為1997Cliton的就職演說~
但是1776年那篇實在超過我的理解力，我無法用自己的話把它翻譯出來！
所以我讀一半就直接跳去看 "In plain English"版本@@
